Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders to ensure speed and quality of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with guests and team members.
- Buss tables promptly to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
- Support bartenders in closing and breaking down, ensuring a well-stocked and clean bar.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality standards.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in all aspects of food service.
Qualifications
- Reliability and honesty, integrity is a must.
- Previous barback experience or restaurant industry is required.
- Previous experience in security and de-escalation skills preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on communication and teamwork.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food safety standards.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
