Job Summary:
We are the oldest event rental company in Little Rock and are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Coordinator to join our team in our West Little Rock showroom. This role is responsible for client relationship management, lead generation, event coordination, and marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the event industry, strong organizational skills, and experience in both sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities: Client & Event Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and repeat clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and seamless event execution.
  • Manage complex event logistics, ensuring flawless execution and a positive customer experience.
  • Design customized proposals tailored to clients’ unique needs and budgets.

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Actively prospect and generate new business through targeted outreach efforts and participation in industry events.
  • Conduct high-volume calling to potential clients to secure new business.
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads and past clients to encourage repeat bookings and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell rental items and services based on client needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in event sales, client management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on client retention.
  • Comfortable making high volume calls and engaging potential clients through direct outreach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
