What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver Helper position at Party With Us RGV?
```Duties```
- Drive to the delivery location. Set up rental items which the customer selected for their party or event.
- Items to deliver and set up include some of the following but other items to be added as well. Bounce house moon jumps, other inflatables, tents, tables, chairs, carnival rides, and games.
- If you are the helper, you will assist the driver with the delivery of the above items to customers.
- Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle
- Use a pallet jack or other equipment to move heavy items
- Follow delivery routes and ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Help with navigation and provide directions to the driver
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a delivery helper or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with driving larger vehicles such as tractor-trailers, box trucks, or vans
- The ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle is a plus
- Experience with route driving and commercial driving is beneficial
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items repeatedly
