Oversee sales team. Ensuring sales goals are met individually per sales rep and overall sales goal for the month, and year as a team.
Responsible for creating and securing reservations and bookings with schools, churches, companies, birthday parties and any other parties and events around the RGV. Be able to perform functions to secure new business clients and service existing accounts within the assigned area.
Basic duties include answering phone calls, processing orders, customer service, making phone calls, etc. Prepare and conduct sales meetings with sales team.
Party With Us RGV, LLC is a local party and event rental company, located in Pharr, Tx. We have been serving the Rio Grande Valley and surrounding areas since 2007 and we are looking for you to join our team. Our Human Resources and Training Center is located in Alamo, Tx.

Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in Sales Manager position.
- Prior experience in customer service retail environment.
- Retail experience in high volume company is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility in the schedule must include Holiday, and Weekend shifts.

Pay: $37,500.00 - $40,000.00 per year
