MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATE

ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you enjoy fixing things, staying ahead of issues, and making spaces shine? We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Associate to help keep Partyman Catering’s venues and fleet vehicles in top shape. From safety checks and landscaping to light repairs and seasonal upkeep, you’ll be the go-to for all things maintenance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
General Maintenance
- Perform routine checks on safety systems and lighting.
- Handle light plumbing and kitchen equipment repairs.
- Keep restrooms stocked and functional.
Landscaping & Groundskeeping
- Mow, trim, and maintain gardens and walkways.
- Remove snow/debris and maintain outdoor furniture and décor.
- Water plants and ensure outdoor areas look welcoming.
Seasonal Maintenance
- Gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and décor installation/removal.
Fleet Maintenance
- Conduct vehicle checks and schedule service.
- Maintain fleet cleanliness and track repairs.
Inventory & Tools
- Restock supplies and maintain tool inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors when needed.
Other Tasks
- Oversee pest control and HVAC inspections.
- Support facility features like hot tubs (if applicable).
- Occasionally assist with special projects or a private rental property.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 years in property maintenance or similar work.
- Handy with plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and basic vehicle upkeep.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Great adaptability and self-initiative.
- Communication and time management skills are a must.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Weekend availability required.
SCHEDULE
- Peak Season (May–Nov): Full-time (up to 40 hrs/week)
- Off Season (Dec–Apr): Part-time (approx. 24–32 hrs/week)
- Schedule may vary with event bookings.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
