Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth for our clients by building relationships face-to-face with potential clients, analyzing market trends, and effectively communicating our product offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for business development, enabling them to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through warm leads and networking efforts.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Close sales to achieve office and client sales targets.
  • Conduct presentations face to face with customers to showcase our products and services effectively.
  • Manage accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship-building are essential.
  • Familiarity with business development strategies and account management practices is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and driving sales initiatives is highly valued.

Pay: $50,901.00 - $87,453.00 per year
