Job Description
- Responsible for carrying out a wide variety of transactions which include but are not limited to taking wagers, paying out on winning bets, selling and cashing credit card vouchers, handling deposits to and withdraws from 'Tiny Tim' and Phonebet accounts; producing results and information on request from a patron, processing Player Development cards and rewards and any other related type of transactions.
- Ensure all guests wishing to make a transaction are at least 18 years of age.
- Carry out all simulcast transactions in line with Company policies.
- Carry out all credit card transactions in line with Company policies.
- Process all Player Tracking Cards upon presentation by guest.
- Sell Racing Programs and other related merchandise as directed by management.
- Complete all IRS forms in compliance with IRS regulations and Company policies.
- Serve all customers courteously and efficiently and project a first-class personal appearance at all times.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
