Job Description
- Repairs and monitors the performance of the company's slot machines, and ensures that our games are operational and available for the customer's enjoyment at all times. Adheres to all company service and operating standards. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ensures that products on the gaming floor are in correct working order.
- Properly diagnoses faulty equipment, and makes the correct repairs.
- Consistently uses machine entry procedures to proactively identify or prevent future equipment problems.
- Maintains proper documentation on repair logs, shift logs, lock and key logs, etc.
- Safely and efficiently uses equipment including hand tools, soldering tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment.
- Completes machine moves and other projects as assigned.
- Responds to floor calls in accordance with established standards.
- Gains a basic understanding of parts ordering and stocking systems.
- Develop and maintain an up to date knowledge of all Company events and promotions and be able to answer guests' questions accordingly.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
