The Revenue Cycle Manager will lead billing operations and oversee the full revenue cycle process, ensuring accurate, timely reimbursement across all payer types. - Oversee the entire revenue cycle process—from patient intake to final payment reconciliation
- Lead and manage the billing team, including training, supervision, and performance reviews
- Ensure accurate and timely billing for all payer types: Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private pay
- Monitor key metrics (AR aging, denial rates, clean claims) and drive continuous improvement
- Improve processes to boost cash flow and reduce days in accounts receivable
- Ensure compliance with CMS rules, payer guidelines, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support proper documentation and billing practices
- Prepare regular financial reports and present insights to leadership
- 5 years of home health billing experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare regulations, managed care contracts, and long-term care billing
- Experience with EMRs and billing systems (e.g., Kantime, HHAexchange, Waystar, Availity)
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with HIPAA, CMS, ACHC, and home health compliance
