Primary Purpose :
The Technical Services : Warehouse Inventory Technician I will assist department personnel with management of technology warehouse inventory.
Qualifications :
Education / Certification
High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred.
Requirements
Successful candidates must :
pass drug and alcohol abuse standards,
pass a criminal history background check,
possess a valid Texas driver's License,
have a clear driving record,
and have automotive liability insurance.
Special Knowledge / Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to demonstrate a high level of reliability, and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
Ability to react to requests immediately with clear outcomes.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, detail oriented
Strong communicator with excellent manners and knowledge of business etiquette
Experience :
0-1 Years' experience with warehouse inventory management.
Major Responsibilities and Duties :
Responsible for following the directives of the Warehouse Inventory Lead.
Assisting Warehouse Inventory Technician II positions with duties.
Utilizing proper documentation related to the technology work order and device inventory systems.
Providing of status reports to relevant personnel as needed.
Maintaining of a clean and organized work area.
Use of Microsoft Outlook as the primary tool for communication with department management.
Participation as an effective team member while contributing constructively to district and department goals.
Adherence to department and district policies, precedents, and practices.
Consistent demonstration of integrity and positive work ethics.
Use of proper time management skills, including on-task work efforts and punctuality for daily work schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Ability to stay-up-to-date professionally through the selection of quality staff development opportunities for personal growth.
Demonstration of sociable, customer-service driven interactions with all stakeholders, students, teachers, and administrators.
Availability to work during periodic over-time, as required.
Other duties as assigned.
