Job Description
The Program Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for clients in a specialized treatment facility. This role functions as the primary contact for clients and families throughout the treatment process and serves as a client advocate with the treatment team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain frequent and close working relationships with the Facility CEO, Business Development team members, Admissions team members, Nursing leadership, milieu leadership, and all clinical team members.
- Demonstrate a high level of clinical skill in assessing the clinical needs of clients, determining appropriate interventions, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with these needs.
