Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective instructional strategies
• Provide one-on-one support to students in reading/language arts and mathematics
• Assist with data collection and analysis to inform instructional decisions
&ull; Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance instructional skills
Requirements:
• Associate's degree or higher; or at least 48 hours of earned college credit; or passing scores for the Work Keys test (Silver Certificate)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
