Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating in restoration work. Including using Xactimate and Symbility
Duties
- Traveling to job sites to measure and estimate the following types of jobs: water losses, fires, smoke damage, mold, and contents claims
- Line up mitigation crews
- Inspect homes for damage
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restoration estimating
- Experience in Xactimate REQUIRED
- Proficiency in HeavyBid and Bluebeam software is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
