At Paschall Truck Lines, Inc., we offer excellent pay, flexible time off, and great benefits to our professional truck drivers. Our long OTR length of haul means more time on the road earning and less time waiting at shippers. This results in some of the highest take-home pay in the business.
To help keep your pay consistent, we'll pay the portion of miles you've run right up to the payroll cut-off time. Our solo company drivers earn milestone base pay increases based on tenure, as well as additional increases every 50,000 miles with no pay cap.
For teams starting out, the base pay is $0.75 CPM, with increases every 100,000 miles starting from mile one, also with no pay cap.
Our routes typically take us east of the Mississippi, allowing you to be home every 1-2 weeks, depending on the freight.
We have various career opportunities for professional truck drivers, including OTR Solos and Teams, Regional, Mentors, and Owner Operators. We also offer a paid training program for new CDL-A drivers and a refresher program for those who have been off the road for a while.
