During our comprehensive, paid training program, you’ll earn your required CDL with endorsements to become a Bus Driver. You’ll start as a Bus Driver Trainee, earning $15 per hour, with an automatic increase up to $18.15 per hour upon successful completion. Full-time positions also include an employer-paid basic healthcare plan and access to our health & wellness centers with a $0 copay.

Requirements before training:
- Valid driver’s license - Five consecutive years of basic driving experience with a clean driving record will be verified
- Level II Background Screening
- Ability to pass the DOT Physical Exam and Dexterity Test
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug/ alcohol testing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to completing the training program
- Temporary CDL Permit (if you do not currently hold a CDL with a Passenger and School Bus Endorsement)
Both full-time and part-time jobs are available.
