About PASCO
We were the first agency in Colorado to launch the Family CNA program, allowing natural supports in the home to receive pay for providing caregiving services to their loved ones.
We provide services across 17 counties along the front range of Colorado.
PASCO has worked tirelessly to bring accessible transportation, family caregiving, service expansions, and innovative legislation for over 30 years.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled care services including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing/showering, toileting, hygiene, assistance in ambulation (walking), meal prep and feedings, transfers (i.e. Hoyer Lift), catheter care, and range of motion exercises.
- Build a 1:1 relationship with clients over time.
Requirements
- Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
- Prior home health experience (preferred).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
- Stamina to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Mobility to bend, stoop, kneel, twist at hips assist with transfers.
- Visual and auditory acuity to assess clients needs and respond promptly.
- Manual dexterity to perform tasks such as taking vital signs and assisting with personal care.
Compensation and Schedule
$21 per hour. Every Saturday & Sunday from 11am-12:30pm at the client's home in Englewood, CO 80110.
