POSITION
Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
POSITION PURPOSE

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide individual and family therapy, including play therapy and group sessions
Assess patients and develop tailored treatment plans
Set and evaluate therapeutic goals
Maintain clinical documentation and coordinate with other services for holistic care
Facilitate therapy groups and perform case management
Adhere to agency policies and fulfill additional duties as needed
Ability to write reports identifying patient goals, outcomes, and intervention
BENEFITS / COMPENSATION
60,035.50 - $81,021.60 annually
Generous PTO : 4-6 weeks per year
Monday to Friday; x2 days 9-5p; x2 days 10-6p and x1 day 11a - 7p

Work Environment :
Sessions will primarily take place in our Greenwood Village, CO office location, with opportunities for telehealth and school placements
LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Ph.D. (only one licensure needed)
Two years of experience providing therapeutic treatment services to children / families (preferred)
Active driver’s license (REQUIRED)
Availability to work the following
Monday to Friday; x2 days 9-5p; x2 days 10-6p and x1 day 11a - 7p
PAY : $60,035.50 - $81,096 annually (DOE)
LOCATION : 7400 East Orchard Road, Englewood, CO 80111 (onsite)
