As our HRBP, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to support employees and leaders across multiple service lines. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular meetings with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Offering expert HR guidance to managers on employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- Managing complex employee relations issues and conducting objective investigations related to policy, performance, and compliance.
- Collaborating with leadership to ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigate legal risks.
- Building morale, improving productivity, and increasing retention through relationship-building and strategic HR support.
- Identifying training needs and providing individualized coaching to employees and managers.
- High employee satisfaction and compliance audit results.
- Improved retention rates for Admin and Caregiver employees.
- Timely and accurate completion of HR projects and initiatives.
- A proven HR professional with a strong background in employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- A collaborative partner who can influence and inspire leaders while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- A proactive problem-solver who brings business acumen, emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication skills to the table.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in coaching managers, resolving employee relations issues, and conducting investigations.
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
