What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Review Analyst position at Pascua Yaqui Tribe?
The Quality Review Analyst ensures execution of all Quality Program tasks within the Pascua Yaqui Tribe, Housing Department. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with Housing Specialists, Management, Community and HUD Auditors to ensure compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards while maintaining consistency and alignment with the Housing Departments Policies and Procedures. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with HUD compliance team and housing leadership to address any deviations in performance beyond acceptable limits. The incumbent is responsible for reviewing all files, applications, per criteria for services and ensure those are within guidelines, ensure any or all required documents are submitted, and work exclusively as part of a team.

Special Requirements:
- Process information requests and requests for applications; mail out application packets; log all items sent out in response to information and application requirements using Housing database; including customer service tracking.
- Upload all applications into the Housing electronic database, place applicants on the Housing waiting list; contact applicants in person, phone, email, and letters that do not meet the criteria, and acts as a first point of contact for anyone seeking assistance.
- Process all applications, perform preliminary research to determine eligibility, and request documents needed for verification.
- Ensure timely submission of all documents required by the program.
- Travel to Yaqui communities or other requested areas to provide services.
- Attend division staffing meetings for case assignment and management, other meetings and conferences with local agencies, civic organizations, and HUD as needed.
- Record all client contacts and complete all appropriate forms; updates and creates files.
- Maintain current knowledge of all program eligibility requirements to ensure applicants obtain accurate information and are placed in the correct program.
- Provide written notification of program waiting list eligibility status upon completion of application process.
- Maintain complete file for each applicant.
- File all documents correctly and organize the file room daily.
- Perform internal audit of files to meet HUD standards and regulations
- Perform other duties of a similar nature or level as requested by supervisor or director.

Special Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;?
- Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona Driver's License;?
- This position will require the incumbent to work non-traditional hours, nights, and weekends;?
- Must have a current Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card or be able to obtain the Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card within ninety (90) days of hire. Failure to maintain a current Level 1 Clearance Card will result in termination.
