We’re Hiring! Temporary HR Coordinator/Generalist (Bilingual – Spanish/English)
Temporary Assignment: May – August
Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday (flexibility needed)
We’re looking for a sharp, organized, bilingual HR pro who’s ready to jump into a fast-paced HR team and help us out during a busy season. This is a temporary role running from May through August, perfect for an experienced HR Coordinator (3 years) or a newer HR Generalist (1 year) who isn’t afraid of early mornings and thrives on being the go-to support person.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Payroll Support – Review timesheets, help with payroll prep, and field employee pay questions
- Employee Support – Answer HR-related questions, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and offer top-notch support
- Admin & Compliance – Keep files updated, systems clean, and records organized
- General HR Support – Be a utility player for all things HR—jumping in where needed
What You Bring:
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (Required)
- 3 years as an HR Coordinator OR 1 year as an HR Generalist
- Employee relations experience
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and great communication skills
- Available for an early bird schedule: 6 AM – 3 PM
- Ready to commit to the May–August timeframe
