The Project Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities.
- Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with terms.
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Utilize HeavyBid for cost estimation and budgeting throughout the project.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and facilitate effective communication.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders detailing project status and any potential risks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project coordination techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to construction projects.
- Familiarity with HeavyBid and ProCore software is preferred.
