CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, ensuring precision in the fabrication of parts, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in a factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines and lathes to fabricate components according to specifications.
• Set up and adjust CNC machines, including logic controllers, to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize CAM programming software to create and modify machining programs as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
• Inspect finished products using calipers and other measuring tools to verify accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes and enhance product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and operating milling machines and lathes is essential.
• Familiarity with V Carve or similar CAD software for interpreting technical drawings is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of machining techniques, materials, and quality control standards is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
