What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN PreOp PACU PRN position at Paso del Norte (13211)?
USPI Paso Del Norte is seeking a motivated RN PreOp PACU to join our team. We have 5 OR rooms and 1 Treatment room. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Anesthesia, ENT, General, GI, Ortho, OB/GYN, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry. We are looking for a candidate to be available Monday-Friday, schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day. The candidate needs to be available for some early mornings and later evenings.
Job Summary: The RN Pre-op/PACU is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN Pre-op/PACU provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN Pre-op/PACU supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Required Skills:
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Texas Nursing License
- Current BLS, ACLS and PALS
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Pre-Op/PACU or ICU
