Position : Accounting Consulting Manager / Assistant Manager

Qualifications :
Experience- 5-8 years of audit / review / accounting consulting experience (due diligence and M&A transaction) in public accounting
- 8 or more years of accounting department experience in manufacturing company, especially cost accounting field,
- 5-10 years of experience in internal control function (J-Sox - design, implementation and testing etc.) Education : - BA / BS degree in accounting / business / finance from an accredited college / university
License- Licensed CPA, CMA, CIA, CISA, or CFE is preferred
Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and solid oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong technology (especially Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and VBA), research and analytical skills
Manage, develop and mentor staff, assisting with professional growth and development of staff
Language : - Ability to read / write / communicate in Japanese (Must) and English
Compensation : $90,000~110,000
Tasks- Manage review and compilation engagements
