Role & Responsibilities
- Accounting
- Coordinate with external experts to prepare and review financial statements in compliance

- Gather and provide necessary documentation to the accounting firm for bookkeeping.
- Review financial reports submitted by the accounting firm to ensure accuracy and

- Respond to internal control and financial reporting requests from Group headquarters
- Assist with Excel-based internal control reporting and other financial documentation as

- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Oversee the audit process, including document preparation and review.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external financial reporting requirements.
- Strong knowledge of USGAAP and IFRS accounting standards, as well as federal and state
