Job Title : Accounting Manager
Job Location : Hybrid Remote (Mostly WFH, must commute to Gardena office as needed)
Work Hours : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM PT, Monday - Friday (occasional overtime required)
Reports To : President & COO
FLSA Status : Regular Full-Time, Exempt
Base : $100-120K

The Accounting Manager works closely with company officers and Tokyo Headquarters. This role oversees financial statement preparation, timely reporting, cash flow management, corporate tax, and budgeting, while supervising accounting team members.
