The position is responsible for ensuring accuracy and timely manner of processing and complying with relative regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

General Position Summary
To process relative system and store document in the scope of Accounting, HR, office Admin, Legal, IT and maintains safe and comfortable for our office environment. The position is responsible for ensuring accuracy and timely manner of processing and complying with relative regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Administration (70%)
- Prepares and manages office supplies, company cellphones, company cars, and other equipment.
- Accurate and timely stores contracts, corporate insurance, and other documents.
- Ensuring safe and comfortable office environment with contacting office manager.
- Accounting & Treasuries (20%)
- Accurate and timely process and prepare accounting data entries and ensure compliance with USGAAP and other relevant regulations within ERP and other accounting systems.
- Accurate and timely treasury payment data and input into payment systems or related platforms.
- Address to requirement of accounting and tax regulation.
- Human Resource (10%)
- Accurate and timely operate payroll system.
- Maintaining immigrant status for employees.
- Maintaining benefits include health insurance, 401k, and other benefits.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of storing HR information.
- Address to requirement of HR related regulation.
- (Preferred) bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or three to four years’ related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience, preferable sales, or account/supply chain management in Automotive Industry.

- Work Environment: Work is typically performed in an office environment. (Follows the hybrid working rule.)
- Must be able to use a variety of tools and equipment such as computer terminal for data input, copy machines, calculator and any other equipment related to functional area.
- Must be able to use software includes the use of Windows Operating System, MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.), Internet.
- Noise Levels: Moderate Noise.
- On job training will be provided.
