Position Title: Associate (Customer Service)
Department: Automotive Parts Business Team
Status: Non Exempt, Full time
Salary :$24.60~$30/Hour
Working hours:9 am to 5pm from Mon to Fri (1hour unpaid break)
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Work Style: Hybrid – IL(Office for 5 days from Mon to Fri for first 3 months, then Hybrid)

Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, the Associate will assist the primary sales in identifying and engaging customers and products. The role involves supporting the sales process by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and industry developments.
Role Priorities
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process and during post-sale project completion
- Provide administrative, clerical and support assistance to the manager
Performance Requirements
- Achieve annual sales goals and assists strategy to drive considerable revenue growth by working closely with Manager and other sales staffs
- Assist Manager by overseeing day-to-day sales operations and activities
- Develops long-term positive relationships with clients and markets and sells products, services, and solutions
- Manages all customer communication and sales opportunities by phone, email, their websites.
- Assists in the development of presentations, documents, and other sales literature
- Travel at least once a month in USA

Minimum Requirements:

- Works well independently and with a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- A minimum of two (2) years full-time sales work experience with Tier1 and/or OEMs in Auto Industry
- Knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bilingual (English/Japanese) preferred
