Job Summary : We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Candidate Acquisition & Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and nurture top talent while ensuring their career success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, talent acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Planning :
Develop and implement comprehensive candidate acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for attracting and nurturing top talent.Design Company"s Candidate Journey offering enhanced Candidate Experience.2. Candidate Acquisition :
Enhance the company"s employer brand to attract candidates.Develop employer branding campaigns and co-execute with the marketing team across various channels.Monitor the company"s online presence and reputation.3. Candidate Engagement :
Create and implement engagement strategies to maintain candidate interest and loyalty.Develop and execute programs and initiatives to enhance the candidate experience.Gather feedback from candidates and incorporate it into the strategies.4. Collaboration :
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment campaigns.May utilize external partners to enhance Company"s talent acquisition efforts.Work closely with management to align candidate acquisition and engagement strategies with overall business objectives.5. Data Management and Analysis :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on candidate acquisition and engagement.Utilize data to refine and improve candidate acquisition strategies.6. Miscellaneous
Additional duties may be assigned by management.Requirement :1. Education / Experience
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or a similar role.2. Language Skills
Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in English and Japanese.3. Other Skills
Strong understanding of strategic planning and employer branding.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.Efficiently learn and apply emerging technologies.Passion for helping candidates achieve their career goals.Take proactive measures to fulfill responsibilities and maintain close communication with the Talent Acquisition team members.Salary : $65,000-$80,000 (Base salary) Profit sharingBenefits : Health Ins, Dental Ins, Vision Ins, 401K, PTO, 10 days of paid HolidayLocation : Torrance, CAWork Hour : 9 : 00-6 : 00 Local time (Hybrid work)Remote location other than CA and Part-time can be considered.
