ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
・Financing of investments (planning of financing plans and strategies, liaison and negotiation with banks, and liaison with the finance department of the head office in Japan)
・Business management and performance management of group companies in the U.S.
・Execution of all procedures related to new M&A deals including searching for new M&A deals and liaison with specialists (lawyers, accountants, FAs, etc.)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES:
- 5 years or more Finance experience required
- Experience at a bank is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Outlook, and Word required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required
- Effective problem-solving skills required.
- Business level English and Japanese are required.
