Key Responsibilities
New Business Development:
- Consistently conduct at least 5 new prospect appointments per week.
- Utilize cold calling, personalized emails, social media, networking, and other digital outreach to engage decision-makers.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations in business English that clearly articulate the value of our AI dashboard and agent solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and tailor sales strategies.
- Provide post-sale support and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to existing customers.
- Attended the Irvine, California, office twice weekly for team meetings and in-person collaboration.
- Proven ability to maintain at least 5 new client contacts per week.
- Strong business English proficiency (both spoken and written).
- Native fluency in Japanese, Chinese, or Korean is preferred.
- Must commute to Irvine, California, twice per week.
- Previous sales experience in SI solutions, device manufacturing, or Industrial IoT sectors is highly desirable.
- In-depth IoT, AI, cloud computing, and data analytics knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking skills within relevant industries.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
