Summary:
Staff operational activities of organization, maintains all operational and customer service tasks related to
export/import represented by duties listed below.
Scope:
Working under the immediate supervision and reporting to the Operation & Customer Service Supervisor.
Essential duties and responsibilities
1. Prepare all export related documentation.
2. Make U.S. Customs entry (A.E.S.) and documentation for export.
3. Issue billing invoices and sending.
4. Send shipping information to proper parties.
5. Communicating with customer, answering phone, e-mail, fax.
6. Maintain Cargo inventory as required and periodical report to proper party
7. Maintain Export license inventory and periodical report to proper party.
8. Inputting profit report information.
9. Arrangement of import instruction to proper party.
10. Filing of export/import documents
11. Maintaining clean office area.
12. Any other task involving export/import process and tasks requested by the Management
13.Japanese and English language skills are required
