Position Overview:

The Company is seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to oversee marketing and execution initiatives for clients in the manufacturing sector, with a primary focus on major automotive industry players. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our tailored marketing, PR, training, and content solutions exceed client expectations and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Engagement:

- Work closely with clients to understand their challenges and identify actionable marketing strategies.

- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

· Strategic Planning:

- Propose innovative solutions tailored to client needs, including events, social media campaigns, video production, translations, and training programs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive project plans aligned with client objectives.

· Project Management:

- Manage the end-to-end execution of approved initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creatives, production specialists, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project delivery.

· Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all deliverables meet our Productions’ high standards of quality and align with client branding and messaging goals.

- Guarantee execution of projects meets our Productions’ standards of excellence.

· Performance Tracking:

- Monitor project outcomes and provide regular updates to clients, including performance metrics and post-implementation reports.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in project management, preferably within marketing, PR, or event production fields.

· Strong understanding of the manufacturing and automotive industries.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience managing marketing deliverables such as social media, video production, and translation services.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Business-level English is required; proficiency in Japanese is a big plus.

Preferred Skills:

· Creative experience in areas such as video production and design.

· Knowledge or practical experience in UI/UX design.

· IT knowledge, including experience in app planning and development.

· Experience working with international teams or in cross-cultural environments.

· Creative problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to challenges.
