Sales Associate

The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging in sales and marketing activities for specialty chemicals such as resins and solvents.

This includes developing account relationships, recommending new products and technology, providing incremental sales growth and account management for existing accounts.

The responsibility also includes creating new customers and expanding new business opportunities.

• Understanding and promoting company products and services.
• Help build and maintain a sales pipeline and client database.
• Identify new sales opportunities through internal and external networking initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years' experience of B to B sales and a science or chemical engineering degree. The position is located in Rutherford, NJ or Farmington Hills, MI.

The compensation package includes a salary of $65-85K plus bonus, health insurance, and 401K benefits.

Travel up to 50% is expected, and a driver's license is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in science or chemical engineering (or relevant bachelor's degrees)
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in sales, marketing, or related field
• Technical Background and/or Master's degree in relevant area is a plus

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
