A Japanese Prototype manufacturer is looking for a Sales Support in Toledo, OH.

Position: Sales Support

Location: Toledo, OH

Hours: 8am to 5pm

Salary: $20/h

Sales Support Duties & Responsibilities

As sales support you assist clients through each step of the sales process, helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking and shipping orders efficiently. They also identify and create lists of potential clients while maintaining databases of sales.



Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Provide data and guides to help the sales team
• Develop and monitor performance indicators
• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
• Keep record of sales trends
• Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
• Suggest sales process improvements
  
  

Requirements & Skills

• Proven work experience as sales support
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication skills]
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Teamwork and motivational skills
• BS degree in Marketing or associate’s degree in relevant field a plus
