Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE:
POSITION PURPOSE:
- To provide quotes, PO, invoices on parts sales, spindle rebuild, after sales service, and purchasing for Japan based group company.
- To manage inventories in database as well as monthly PO and invoice reconciliation.
- To conduct with Engineering/Sales/Service division for customized equipment sales strategies.
- Lead time & Cost of Sales Management
- Receptionist and all administrative tasks per management’s instructions.
- Parts Sales. Provide parts for customers and make quotations, purchasing parts, and invoices and match the cost & sales. Data entries in CDK business operation data system 55%
- Creating Work Order Make quotation, PO, and invoices for all Service and Rebuild and Procurement Sales, including Timeline updates 10%
- Purchasing. Manage complete purchase requisitions within a strict timeframe. Generates purchase orders according to rigorous and demanding internal and external time lines. 10%
- Inventory Control. Support monthly Cycle Count and data entry and inventory management. 10%
- Administrative Tasks To support administrative tasks as taking care of visitors, responding phones, mailing, order office supply, building maintenance scheduling, organize office meeting needs, data entries etc. 14%
- Create and Update procedure manual Update procedure manual periodically in the shared server. 1%
- Perform other duties as assigned. TBD
- High team-work skills and be eager to learn, as well as high interpersonal skills. Multitasking, organizational skills, and high time management skill is required.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Access, Outlook, Acrobat, Power point
- Bachelor Degree is preferable, not required. Fluent in Japanese is strongly preferred due to daily communication between the customer and the company (Japan based group company)
- High volume of Data entry that lead to the accounting system, and therefore, detail oriented is also preferred.
