Work hours: 8:30am -5:30pm
GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
The Slitting Operator is responsible for...operating slitting Machine, maintaining the good condition and all related works. Also packaging and making ready to ship to customers. Receiving jumbo rolls,
operate forklift to transport shipments to storage area or set it up for slitting machine. Inventory and keeping the record of both jumbo rolls and slit film.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate with Sales, Engineering and office people- Input process information into system
- Jumbo roll inventory control
- Film processing supplies inventory control Schedule for process order
- Operating film process machine, packing, organize and shipping/receiving
- Perform Other work assigned by Manager
- Maintenance for processing machine
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments by checking them physically.
- Check products for defects and accuracy.
- Pull, pack and ship finished goods.
- Process customers’ orders by ensuring that the right shipment is on its way.
- Handle shipment receiving duties by ensuring the right item has been delivered.
- Verify accuracy of orders by matching them with quantities and types.
- Ensure that items are properly packed and labeled.
- Make sure that items are loaded onto shipment veh
- Make sure that items are loaded onto shipment vehicle in a safe and timely manner.
- Operate forklift to transport shipments from the storage area to the pallet.
- Handle space arrangements for incoming shipments in the storage areas.
- Ensure that the warehouse is cleaned, organized and maintained at all times

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education & Experience: High School diploma—
- Language: Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
- Work may require standing, walking, grasping, and lifting/moving up to 25pounds.
- Work requires frequent domestic business travel.
- May be required to work beyond normal business hours as required by the Company
