- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting.
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position.
- Good understanding of accounting rules, especially IFRS & US GAAP.
- Experience in general accounting operations (posting, JE's, closing, reporting).
- Bilingual in Japanese required.
- Operation of ERP system; Experience in JD Edwards a plus.
