Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation
- Process invoices, payments, and other critical administrative paperwork
- Provide customer service support and address inquiries
- Assist with data entry and updating company databases
- Support office staff with general administrative tasks as needed
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
