Job Description
As an industry pioneer in both funeral products and sustainable paper goods, we are committed to innovation, quality, and building long-term relationships with our B2B partners. We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipper to join our dedicated team and support our clients across both brands. The Shipper will be responsible for picking, packing and fulfilling all small package shipments for the location while ensuring quality and consistency. This position will work closely with the Freight/Floor Associate to communicate freight/floor orders. The Shipper will keep accurate par levels and create “green slips” for the production department as well as keep inventory accurate by doing periodic cycle counts and transfers from and in the pick/pack area and mezzanine. When needed, the Shipper will serialize, quality check, and help put away products/raw materials into correct bins and bays This position will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and will assist in keeping the areas tidy and in order. They should be able to work independently and with others. The Shipper should be able to follow procedures while adhering to quality standards. This position is expected to have a willingness to become experts in their area and contribute to our continued growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This job operates in a typical warehouse environment that houses racking systems, stairs, conveyor belts, and inventory. This position will also routinely use sharp instruments, hot glue, heat guns, forklifts, and other tools/machines needed for product production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspecting, repairing, and labeling products
- Managing inventory/bins in Pick/Pack
- Picking, packing, and shipping (fulfilling orders)
- Cleaning and maintaining an organized area
- Assembling freight orders, wrapping, and strapping pallets, arranging carrier pickup
- Learning and becoming comfortable with shipping software
- Serializing and shipping serialized items
- Unloading containers and organizing the warehouse
- Learning how to use and navigate ERP system
- Assisting with management or PARs
- Other misc. Warehouse tasks as directed
- Learn about the company’s products in detail:
- Learn shipping process
- Be able to learn and become comfortable with shipping and ERP software
- Be able to effectively solve problems and be comfortable with change
- Be energetic and easygoing with various personalities
- Be able to succeed under pressure and survive in a rapidly growing business
