Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the practice
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and office tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
