Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing staff.
- Develop and implement nursing policies to ensure excellent patient care.
- Conduct client assessments, manage health conditions, and provide direct care as needed.
- Coordinate with the visiting Psychiatrist on medication management and documentation.
- Collaborate with case managers and external healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Promote health education and lifestyle choices among clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Degree from an accredited RN/LPN program.
- Current RN/LPN license in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of one year of RN/LPN experience, with a preference for community health, substance abuse, and mental health services.
- Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
- Ability to obtain necessary clearances (ACT 33 & 34, FBI, Allegheny County Jail).
- Must have an insured vehicle and a valid PA driver’s license.
