We are seeking a Massage Therapist who provides Massage Therapists who provides massage therapy to control pain, reduce stress, and promote relaxation for clients.

Position: Massage Therapist - Full Time or Part Time 

Location: In-Person, Malibu, California

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Conduct Individual bodywork sessions with clients as assigned
• Demonstrate awareness of each clients’ physical ailments and tailors activities to those barriers
• Adhere to documentation guidelines set forth by Passages

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Current, valid Massage Therapy License by California in good standing
• Current, valid California Drivers License with a good driving record (per company discretion) required
• Must fulfill pre-employment conditions: tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record check), drug screening, and reference checks. Ongoing monitoring and screening during employment in accordance with the law and company policy.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet 24/47/365 healthcare facility needs

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
• Frequently bed, stoop, reach, turn and twist, kneel, and squat
• Frequently lift and carry up to 20lbs., occasionally lifting 50lbs or more
• Ability to use hands, fingers, and arms to manipulate muscles and soft tissues during massage for extended periods of time
•  Ability to see adequately to read computer screens and written documents necessary to the position
• Ability to hear sufficiently and speak clearly on the phone, in person, and in the environment; identify and distinguish sounds associated with the workplace
• Ability to distinguish colors as necessary
• Ability to recognize faces
• Ability to work on computers for extended periods
