Case Manager
Passageway Residences of Dade County is an agency in Miami, FL 33127. We are professional, engaging, collaborative and our goal is to provide supervised treatment to severe and persistent, chronically mentally ill individuals who are involved in the criminal justice system. The program is designed to facilitate the client’s transition from a hospital or penal institution to an independent, less restrictive environment of their choice and help them achieve control over their mental illness and/ or any co-occurring disorders.
- Adult mental health facility
- Responsible for managing clients personal affairs and procuring services
- Schedule is 8:30am- 5:00pm, Monday- Friday
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Case Manager certification from the Florida Certification Board required by 6 months of employment https://flcertificationboard.org/
- Experience working in a clinical setting
- Computer and typing skills are a must

- $1000 bonus payable after 6 months of continuous employment
