Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all materials are organized and ready for use.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with attendees and addressing their needs throughout the event.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about services or products being showcased.
- Manage social media accounts during events to promote real-time engagement and share highlights.
- Collect research data from attendees to help improve future events and marketing strategies.
- Support food service operations, including serving food and beverages as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and event organizers to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
- Utilize public speaking skills to present information or lead discussions as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with social media management and marketing strategies is a plus.
