Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and highly motivated Typist Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, a strong understanding of data entry, and exceptional time-management abilities. As a Typist Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately typing and reviewing documents for our client accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Type various documents including but not limited to correspondence, reports, and memos
• Proofread and review data for accuracy and completeness
• Follow established guidelines and standards for document formatting and storage
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Typist Clerk or similar role
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
