Office or Remote Data Entry Operator

Passatino Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Data Entry Operator. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and security of our data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and update data into our database from various sources, including paper documents and electronic files
• Verify accuracy and completeness of all data entered
• Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data by following proper procedures
• Run regular reports to track data and identify any issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data entries are in line with company standards and objectives
• Continuously look for ways to improve data entry processes and systems
• Adhere to data entry policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Communicate any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar position
• Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software
• Familiarity with databases and data entry systems
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues
• Team player with strong communication skills
