Job Description: We are seeking responsible and caring individuals to fill ISO Support Service Worker positions in our Home and Community Services (HCS) program across Lawrence county. As an ISO Support Service Worker, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling our mission by providing care and supervision to individuals in their homes and/or in the community. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals in your care, as well as serving as a positive role model.
Responsibilities: Your duties will include performing tasks outlined in the individual's Individual Plan (IP), completing assigned tasks in the manner requested, and delivering services in a manner consistent with our policies and procedures. You will also provide supervision and positive role modeling at home and in the community, complete necessary Pre-Service and Annual In-Service training, and observe and report changes in individuals' behaviors and physical conditions.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 18 years of age, a valid driver's license, and current car insurance and registration. You should also have experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, although this is not required.
