Passero Associates’ Rochester, NY and Albany, NY has an exciting career opportunity for a Civil Engineer/Senior Project -Program Manager to support and lead projects and work on a broad range of airport planning, design, and construction projects. Responsibilities include design and construction team leadership and management, extensive client interaction, coordination/management with staff members and sub-consultants in multiple offices and capital improvement programming with clients, the FAA and state agencies.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PE required.
- 10 years of airport engineering design, construction, project/program management experience, including development of Airport Capital Improvement Programs (ACIP’s)
- Commercial service airport development experience is required.
- Coordination and communication with state DOT’s and FAA staff is required.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver successful airport development projects is required.
- Strong organization, management and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Client service focus, including a successful history of client / business development.
- The selected candidate will be expected to excel in both operational and executive-level management and leadership functions.
- Position reports to National and Regional Directors of Aviation Services

Salary - Minimum base salary of $105,000 annually, plus discretionary, mid-year and year-end bonus potential. Highly competitive benefits program, including unlimited PTO/Vacation for this position.
