The Role
We're looking for an Entry-Level (1-3 years experience) Content Creator & Social Media Manager to develop high-volume, personality-driven video content that resonates with the creator community. If you're fluent in TikTok, Reels, and emerging platforms, thrive in front of the camera, and can create engaging content that stops the scroll-this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Create & Post Produce a high volume of TikTok and Reels content that aligns with Passes' brand and engages creators.
- Be the Face of Passes Appear in videos, build an on-camera presence, and develop an authentic brand voice.
- Stay Ahead of Trends Identify and execute on viral formats, sounds, and storytelling techniques.
- Manage Content & Strategy Own the social calendar, align content with key creator and cultural moments, and collaborate on brand initiatives.
- Engage & Grow Community Develop a streamlined, authentic engagement strategy to attract and retain creators.
- Track & Optimize Monitor performance metrics to refine content strategy and improve engagement.
